I may sort it out later into sideboards and maybeboards to indicate different levels of usefulness. For the most part, I've only included cards that I would consider primarily useful as part of the 99, not as commanders themselves. WebRed's most powerful effects tend to put things in the yard as a part of their cost, either via sacrifice or through discarding. Red as a color also gets along very well with artifacts. And if you have a way to combine these two things, you've got a very powerful card and enabler for all sorts of combo shenanigans.
