If fluid comes out of hose, use a fine piece of wire (one strand from a muliti-strand wire is good) and clear the nozzle outlet. compressed air will also work but be careful not to break anything. If nothing comes out of the hose, trace it back till you find the break or kink.

Open the glove box, remove the flashlight (if yours is still there), find the two white plastic release screws on the top of the glove box, turn each 90 deg, the fuse block will drop down (pretty cool actually).
