WebAfter working out heavily (usually has to be 10-15min after the workout) my heart blood pressure drops roughly 10-15 points. This causes me to get dizzy and light headed. Generally for me it takes 12-16 hours before my heart pressure goes back to normal. I don't know if you have a blood pressure monitor, but that's how you can be sure if it's that.
