WebSo I know with GERD/Reflux that your are not supposed to eat 3 hours before bed, one of the rules I wasn’t the greatest at sticking to, but usually never had many issues, (mostly morning nausea). I generally don’t really get much heart burn with my GERD (my biggest symptoms are bloating, burping, a hollow stomach pain and nausea). WebGERD is a digestive disorder.
