WebJan 15, 2024 · Ive tried all of these steps without any success. 1.Logging in and out. 2.Deleting everything from community folder. 3.Checked data settings. 4.Reinstalled the game. WebSep 12, 2024 · Problem solved. I will let this post be here, in case someone else have the same issue. It was greyed out cause I changed my Microsoft password a week back. Solution: Even though you have logged into microsoft with the new password, you need to log out of xbox live and log back in with the new password. :)
